Bilistine dual steer stabilizer

Hey guys have a quick question.
I have a 70 3/4 ton 4x4 with a 72 front dana 44 (Disc Brakes) and want to install the superlift bilistine dual steer stabilizer. The website says it will only fit a 73-87. Im curious why it will not fit a 71 or 72 dana 44. Im pretty much thinking these axles are very close to being the same. I have a 4" lift and 33s and want to stiffen up the steering. A single stabilizer is ok but a dual set up will be even better. I dont like the looks of the ones offered for my truck so I want to go with the bilistine dual superlift model (SKU: 92714)
