I have used it for years and I'm still breathing, and mix any ATF with acetone (50/50) it makes a great solution for rusted fasteners. I've used both and they both work. Just my 2 cents worth.

Thanks for the tip NC. My uncle use to mix atf with diesel fuel for rusted fasteners that worked pretty well too.
