72 Hazard Light Problem Leads

I've been going thru a 72' (just got 3 months ago) getting it ready to get registered. My last item was getting the hazards working. The relay for the hazard flasher was missing, so i put a new one in there. Upon doing this and turning on the hazards, I lost all rear lights. Running lights, brake, etc. They are also now dead after pulling the flasher relay out. The front hazards did blink though when it was in. Previous to this, I had replaced the headlight control and the floor dimmer switch and everything was working.

Thus far I have looked at the back of the fuse panel for shorts and inspected the turn signal switch wiring. I don't see any blown fuses. Any ideas appreciated.
