berch 69GMC Registered User Join Date: Jan 2015 Location: Boynton bch, FL Posts: 187	How to remove Valve cover internals I am replacing my valve covers and would like to reuse the cartridge looking metal things. They seem to hold the PCV and breather grommets. Is this possible, if so how? Thanks
