Foot well patch panel help

I'm replacing a portion of the floor, lower front door pillar and foot well with Asian made patch panels. I've notice that some panels have redundant coverage of the same are, I.E. the floor panel covers the same area as the front portion of an inner rocker panel patch would cover, so if using both, one of the two panels would have to be cut out in the area where it would be double covered. My question here is, with the lower door pillar patch panel and the front floor patch panel being installed, how much of the foot well panel would be used? Is all of it used, and sandwiched between he floor/inner rocker and the front door pillar, or is some of it redundant? And if so, how much of the foot well panel should be trimmed off before installation?

Thanks
