Really tight driver side caliper

Hey all,

I finished installing the CPP disc brake conversion and the driver side caliper is really snug and does not allow the rotor to spin easily. The passenger side is fine, it spins with a slight amount of drag as to be expected. The driver side requires quite a bit of muscle to rotate it. I have removed the caliper and used a "C" clamp to seat the piston into the bore. I thought it might have some tension that had pushed it out of the bore, but it is as far back as it can go. I know I don't want to drive it for a long period of time because it will probably heat the rotor up substantially.

Has anyone else run across this with their conversion?
