Exhaust suggestions 1949 5.3 LS

Not much room to run the exhaust behind axle. Not sure I have room to run it above axle since the 4 bar suspension, coilovers are in the way. I suppose I could run it below frame rails, under axle and straight out the back under the frame rails. Running it strait out the sides in front of the rear tire would be the easiest solution but have heard it might make the cab a bit noisy for a daily driver. Looking for suggestions for a nice sounding and performing system. Running a 5.3 with fuel injected tank under the bed so space is tight back there. Here is a side dump system from summit
