LMC tail light wiring

Hey all,
I bought new tail light assemblies from LMC and they have included wiring. The left side has a yellow wire, a brown wire and another brown wire with a spade connector on it. The passenger side has just a green wire and a brown wire. Does the left side brown wire with the spade connector run to the ground or does it need to be connected to the passenger side?
