ok, heads swimming, 67 C20 Pickup

Ok, ive been reading for a week or 2, and I think I got the idea, need someone to double check me.

I have a 67 C20 with leafs in the back, planning on a static drop, nothing crazy, just want a nice stance, However I wish to put Disk brakes on the front. I went to a local yard and got a fully assembles setup off a 74 C20 <i want to keep the 8 lugs cause thats cool. So, it came with spindles, rotors, calipers, basically they cut the control arms off and gave me the parts... now if i read right...

this is what i need to check

replace upper and lower control arms with 74 upper and lower ball joints.
outer control arms
steering linkage

and of course, replace brake lines with hoses and such

now.. what am i forgetting, are the 74 c10 and c20 ball joints the same? or does it need to be c20 ball joints?

will the 67 lower control arm work? I remember reading that it may interfere and I need a 67 c10 lower control arm and put the 74 lower ball joint in it.

I am a recovering Mopar guy, Im not sure of the interchange on the c10 vrs c20, I would like to eventually put lowering spindles on her, but I want to just get the disk brakes on first and maybe run it with lowering springs for now.

Please spell this out for me :-)

and yes, she will get new bearings, rotors and calipers, i basically just wanted the spindles.
