Window felt weatherstrip (beltline weatherstrip)

I have the same issue. Ordered the complete window kit (side and vent) from LMC. Everything went together fairly easy until i tried to roll up the window. There is another thread on the subject where someone spread the door frame inside the channel to create a taper. I think im going to give that a try on the other door to see if it works.
