Porterbuilt stuff

I am currently redoing my frame to include wire-wheeling and sanding the frame so i can OSPHO it all before i paint it,

I was looking at some replacement items from Porterbuilt Like the items below, My question is are these Items direct replacements or are they only for lowered trucks I want to keep the truck the stock height and stance

I would like to use all the stuff above just want to make sure i can use regular springs and new trailling arms for a stock height
