Bed cross silks question

1970 c10
Long bed being converted to short bed
Original wood floor

So I bought this truck with the bed sills and wood dismantled.
I'm cutting it down to a short bed and Have the long bed silks. I alf have a set of short bed sills for a wood bed from a guy I sold my old bed sides to.
Question is:
I'm not sure the layout of these sills. Can someone post a pic of their wood short bed sills before the wood was installed?
How many sills should I have all together?
Any info appreciated.
Thanks. Mark
