GA Chevy 3/4 Hubcaps #3

One more set of three-quarter ton caps. These have me a little confused because they seem to be stainless but are painted correct and the centers or pushed out. The paint doesn't look to be fresh either, so maybe someone can explain this. Anyway they look to have been polished and have few imperfections (see pics) but are still very nice caps . $275 shipped to lower 48. Please respond in the post. First take them and gets them.
