200-4R Swap Questions

I found a 200-4R out of a 1985 Monte Carlo with a 305 V8. I want to install it into my 1970 C10 and replace the TH350. I have a 350 CID motor, and everything else should be standard.

I found a tranny shop willing to do my swap, I just don’t have the time, tools, or skill to do it myself. The shop suggested I get as many of the swap parts as I can, to help speed things along. Here’s what I’ve got.

Lokar - Column Shift Linkage ACA-1800
Lokar - Hi-Tech kickdown kits KD-2200RHT
TCI - Lockup Wiring 376600
TCI - Replacement Lockup Solenoids 376601
Superior - Shift Reprogramming Kit 200-4R HP

QUESTIONS:
I’m wondering if you guys out there know what I can/should do as far as the shift indicator?
Do I need some sort of speedo/governor gear swap as well?
Anything I’m missing?
