Have you looked at howell performance? I just looked at there Tbi stuff they sell brand new harnesses for 350 bucks, i got my 8.1 swap harness and computer from them, everything is labeled very well and only took a afternoon to get it hooked up and positioned there instructions aren't terrible either, then all you would need to do is get one new coolant temp sensor for the computer a knock sensor, and o2 I have 1 or 2 spare Tbi distributors a stock computer from my 87 k20 and also a Tbi unit if you can't track the parts down locally, let me know

1987 v20 regular cab - work in progress swapped in a (1992 tbi 350 with vortec heads) old motor. currently has an 8.1l and 4l80 swap. flatbed bed 2 inch lift and 64 inch spring swap in the rear.
