Most GM cars are made in or have major parts made in other countries. The Camaro is mostly From Australia and it use to be the GTO before they dropped Pontiac. They just changed the GTO body and Camaro body. If you look at the sticker on a new car it will tell you what percentage of the car came from what country.
There are cars that are rebranded such as the Chevy Prism which is a Toyota Corolla. I've seen a Suzuki that was really a Buick but just because it was made in a different country doesn't mean it's not really GM.
