It's got a 454, but after an engine fire in late '98, it's been sitting. Now it's a "Rat" motor in more ways than one!
Current pipe dream is to build up a 292 L6 for propane/ turbo. With OPEC on the warpath again, I can't go back to 6 MPG.
As long as you had some ventilation so the gas could excape, there should be no problem with putting panel over them.
