Brake line differences?

Hi Guys

Im in the process of installing a CPP 5 lug brake kit on my 67 SWB.

It was originally a drum/drum with manual brakes and im converting it to disc/disc with power brakes

The kit in question

2 problems, the fitting from the front caliper to the the steel lines is not even close to snug.

2nd problem, the brake lines that go to the proportioning valve in the master cylinder are totally different sizes from the steel lines and the proportioning valve

Am i missing something in the kit or should i but new steel lines when switching from drum to disc?

Thanks
