T-Rex driving

What's up guys I have a question and I've been looking through the forms and I haven't really got a solid answer... so is there a way or a steering column I can use that is shorter than what I have my truck? The steering column is almost touching my chest and I have to drive my truck like a T-Rex....like that commercial where the alligator is trying to pay for the check but he can't get to the bill is there a steering column that is shorter plus tilt steering currently I do not have tilt steering but the column is so long.... I need help if I can find a shorter steering column that would work in our vehicles....the only reason why I say a shorter column it's because I don't think tilt is going to be enough
