64 C30 1 ton panel

ok I need help, I have looked at every catalog put out, with no luck, my 64 chevy C30 1 ton panel, needs a new fuel sender, does any one here know of a replacement?, here is a picture of the unit

and as far as I can tell no one makes one, even the parts place , say they have one, it is for a truck, not a 1 ton panel.
