Need Sound Guys Help

Need some help from some of you guys good with sound systems.

This is what I have, and what I think, I'm trying to do.

1987 Suburban, I've replaced the radio with a "Custom Autosound USA-230" with the Bluetooth added to the AUX-IN ports and have the four remaining RCA ports left in the rear of the unit (FL/FR, RL/RR) and the standard speaker wire connections off the back.

What I would like to do is run the 3 1/2 inch dash speakers off the normal wires/connections provided for the standard speaker connections off back of the radio.

But, also have a set of 6 1/2 in the Kick panels, the 4x10's in the rear, along with an under the seat subwoofer (powered/non-powered, which ever works best)

My thought is one of two things but open to anything:

A basic 5-Channel amp for the four speakers and a non-powered Sub-woofer? But how would is that wired? (would you not need a RCA off the radio for the Sub-woofer that I don't have?)

Or, go with a four channel amp for the speakers and then a powered Sub-woofer? But how would it be wired? (Where would the RCA jacks/signal come from for the Sub-woofer?)

For some reason, my head is not working on this one and I'm having trouble finding a connection diagram on either of them.

Any help would be great!!

Thanks,
