For torque just tighten them up, you should feel when the spacer bottoms out, then 40 pounds or so on the rear and a little more on the front if you want.
Save your old spacer tubes and make sure the new ones you buy are the same length, if they aren't then cut or make new ones the correct length. I bought mine from GMC pauls and some of the spacers were not the right length, don't remember which ones though.
Don't use the poly urethane mounts they suck and a lot of the rubber ones are not correct too. The best replacements look just like factory, for the 1/2 tons anyway, don't have experience with 3/4 tons
