Flysocal Registered User Join Date: Jun 2015 Location: Glendale Posts: 414	Power steering help Got a LS 5.3 with a stock GM PS pump. It's going to power a mustang 2 style rack. I've been reading up on this, and it seems as if the GM pumps put out in excess of 1000psi and the ford racks like less than 1000 or they are over-sensitive. I have no experience with this and don't know if it's true or if in need a pressure reducer. Plumbing my PS is coming up soon. Do i need a pressure reducer?
