Is it worth it??

I am thinking I found myself I deal but wanted to run it across all of you just to be sure. I have a line on a 69 rclb C/20. It's a 350 with a granny 4spd. Said he just redid all the wheel cyls and shoes. It has a little damage on driver bedside but it is rust free. Said he would take $2000 without the new tires and wagon wheels on it. I have a set of 8 lugs off another truck that I could use to get it home. I'd have to scrape together the 2k (too many projects already) but I can't help but think this is a deal and I'll regret it if I didn't pick her up. Advise please.
