Fuel leak from fuel filter and hose

Hey everyone, I am getting a fuel leak from the rubber hoses above and below the fuel filter and fuel filter itself. This has happened twice now and both times it is after the truck has sat for a month or more due to the rain. Normally I pump it twice and she fires right up, with the cold it takes 3 pumps and it starts, but then it leaks. Once it is warm, I can start it and drive it all day with no leaks.
