Some of the heavier GVW C20 and GMC 2500, like the camper or trailering special ones have the 1 1/4 front bar too. Get one from a wreck in a salvage yard, usually 40/60.00 and buy a new set of bushings for it and use it.

That's what I got square body 1-1/4" new moog ureathane bushings from Bumper to Bumper.
