Question replacing upper/lower control arm bushings

After tearing my spindles off and taking a closer look at my upper/lower control arms on my 67 C10, the seals/bushings are junk.

I have called every auto parts store, and one dealership. Dealership only sells bottom seals. Auto parts stores only sell the whole kit, which includes new shaft, nuts, seals, and bushings. I see LMC sells just the seals. Does anyone know, how to tell if the shaft and nuts are ok? They look fine, well to me , which doesn't mean much really.

I also hear LMC sells junk, anyone know anywhere else I might be able to buy.

Thanks much!!
