Repeat Clog in Fuel Filter - Clean or Replace Tank?

67 C10 hasn't been driven for several years. I got it running but I only get 5-10 miles before the fuel filter is clogged and needs replaced.

I assume the tank is full of crud. Is it worthwhile to clean and seal it, or should I just replace it?
