Newbie... is this truck worth it?

Hello everybody I'm a long time lurker but I finally found a truck I may buy. The owner wants 5,400 for it. Says the bodies pretty solid except a smashed front fender. Has the factory interior, stock rear and transmission but converted to floor shift. Has a 350 in it. Has plywood down in the bed, is it possible to remove it and put the factory set-up back in? Just lemme know what you guys think. He says frame is really solid.
