ebaby35 Registered User Join Date: Jan 2016 Location: fountain valley california Posts: 135	used axel or new? Ok so I found a 69' 12 bolt rear end that is currently 6 lug and i believe 30 spline. I want 5 lug though. Is it better/cheaper to get redrilled and checked or just better off buying new. My truck I have now is a 64
