Disc brakes conversion and bearings size question.

I purchased a disc brake kit from eBay that uses the stock drum brake spindles and hub. http://www.ebay.com/itm/172630363946...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT. I read this in another post from a member here and wanted to know if this could be accurate.

"Those disc brake conversions that use the stock spindles are NOT the way to go!!! I'm pretty sure that the heavy duty drum versions likely used the same spindle.
The disc brake spindles use bigger bearings and are better made for better stopping."

If you keep the parts maintained I can't see this being g a issue.
