Made a wee start on the hood last night. The idea is to get it cleaned up and painted, them onto the truck thus protecting the engine from the effects of a Scottish summer - much like a Scottish winter just wetter but slightly warner!



So far it looks like its in OK condition but I have found a couple of small holes in that rear left corner. Nothing a little plug welding wont fix.
