Pulling LS out of Tahoe for 57 Truck

Hey all, I have a 57 truck and after going back and forth between rebuilding the 327 and finding a LS motor my dad and I have finally landed on doing an LS swap.
The 57 is in the process of getting a MII front suspension installed, rear notch, and full air ride with Accuair.
Donor car is a 2005 Tahoe with a 5.3 L59 and 4L60 trans. Got the complete Tahoe for $900... quite the steal.
My question is... What do we need to focus on removing from the Tahoe to make it work in the 57? Here's what I'm thinking, any additional parts we should strip would be appreciated -

Motor
Trans
Radiator/fans
Complete wiring harness/ECU
Accelerator pedal
Drive shaft?

My list seems short in my eyes. There must be some items I'm missing that we should pull off the car before going to scrap. Appreciate the help from you guys!

Pics coming soon in the 47-59 section.

Thanks
