glass setting tape help

I have a problem trying to find glass setting tape to put my new vent glass into the frame of my 1970 C10. I purchase a new vent glass from LMC truck and it measures about 3/16 (.1865) thick where the original measure about .2 or so. The ID of the frame is about .3535, the glass is .1865 which leaves a thickness needed of about .167. Divide that by 2 I am needing a tape thickness of about .0835. I can't find any tape that thick does anyone have any ideas? I purchased a rubber seal from LMC as well and it is to thin. I was thinking maybe I can urethane that into the frame then urethane the glass into it. I think I did the math right, any ideas???
