I don't feel it did a good enough job converting the rust that was there. I had higher expectations, it just requires a "cleaner" surface. If you have to remove that much rust to begin with, what's the point? When I do the back, I'll let it soak for a few hours and see if that makes a difference.

Yes, I'm pretty excited to get some tires mounted on the wheels and get the frame on the ground!
