1971 Engine mount concerns.

I have a 1971 C10 SWB. I am concerned about engine mount stands. I had a 68 Chevelle that had same type of setup. I had problems with this type of factory setup. Broke a couple bell housings before working problem out. Engine is BBC 400 Turbo. I ended up going to solid engine mounts on Chevelle it cleared problem up.

I would like to hear from those that solved this type problem or what you have done to avoid this problem. Engine is around 600 HP. What setup has served you well? I also will be running headers.

Thanks
Blue Rat
