Replacing a 305 with a 350?

Well I believe the time has come to make the swap or pretty near, but we need to know what is involved, I mean brackets for power steering, ac, altenator, and then: starter, bellhousing, flywheel, intake/exhuast manifolds, distributor, motor mounts, pulleys.
There is no smog pump, just an egr valve.
Were looking at replacing it with a carberated engine, nothing fancy since it still is a daily driver.
What will work and transfer over or need to be purchased for this swap? This is a 82 c10 with the 350 automatic and since were in phoenix it still has to pass emission testing.

Thank you for your help.

Tom
