Lowering Spring size chart

I tried searching here and on the Lowering page without any luck. I'm just finishing the rear notch to lower my 62. I need to purchase springs that will provide the correct ride height. Everything i see advertised is based on the amount it will lower the truck but doesn't provide a baseline to work from. I'm wondering if anyone has a list of the various spring dimensions once installed/compressed or can tell me what the stock height is?
