AC Vents dash installation 66 C10

Made progress today...moved my ac vents from under dash to dashboard.
Used a 2 1/2 inch hole saw. The vents I used are from Vintage Air I drilled a 1/4 inch hole first in correct location. I removed the regular bit from the hole saw and used a cut off 1/4 inch bolt so not to enlarge the bit hole and make the saw try to wander. The slower the saw turns the better...will not grab and do damage. I used a tootsie roll in die grinder to do the final opening. It is really easy with a carbide bit to gouge. Since I already have the factory
center vent I think it makes a much cleaner look than the vents hanging
under dash.
