Thumbs up Suspension question (dopped)

I just finished installing Chassis Tech 2.5" drop spindles, and the front coil was cut 1/4 coil off of a 1/2 ton coil. The rear has 4" Chassis Tech lowered springs.

I just converted this truck from 8 bolt C20 to 5 bolt C10.

I have no tires and rims yet, but I have the Axle and Lower comtrol arms on jack stands at the exact same height to the center of the axle and spindle.
To me, it looks like the rear sits lower than the front, I have measured to the top fo the wheel well and the measurement is 3/4" lower in the back.

Question:
1) Is there a place to measure that is level with the world once the tires are on?
2) Should I cut 1/4 more coil out before I get it aligned?
3) Will the measurements change once the front end is supported by the wheel rather than the control arm?
