1974 C10, No Power With Key In Accessory Position?

Hello everyone.

When I turn the key backwards to the accessory position on my truck, should I get power at the fuse box? (besides the fuses that are always hot.) I can hear the rod moving in the collum when I turn the key back, and can hear the switch click. We should I be seeing power at the fuse box in the ACC. position? I'm going to be adding some 12 volt accessories soon, and need to tap in for power and I'd like it to be on the accessory circuit. Like I have set up all my cars in the past.

Is this an ignition switch issue?

Thanks

-Gavin
