So Friday Night...
...around 10:00, I check into the Hampton Inn in Waxahachie for C10s in the Park. I go to unload the ol' hey hauler off the trailer. Go to start it up and... BANG, CLANK, CLANK, from underneath... WTF! I get out, try to maneuver around the trailer fenders to see what's going on, and cant see crap! So I coast the truck partially off the trailer, crawl underneath and start looking around. One loose nut & bolt, one missing nut & bolt, and one sheared off bolt wedged between the flywheel and the stall converter.
Nothing to do but wait till morning and hit Autozone/tractor supply/oreillys first thing... Big thanks to the other truck guys hanging out for pushing my truck into a parking spot!!! Got the nuts & bolts... bled some, cried some, and cursed some bolting the stall back up, and 30 minutes later, we were off to the park! Man! What a Show! anything AND everything was there!
