Under cab or firewall mounted master cylinder

I am at the point of deciding to have the master cylinder(and hydroboost) under the cab or mounted on the firewall. I would love to hear any pros/cons to either. I like the look of not having it on the firewall, but...
It is a custom build so I don't have either set up right now.
