Is my way of thinking correct

I have a 72 c10 with a flip kit on rear. 2 1/2 drop spindles and 2” lowering big block springs. I do not want to drop the rear anymore I would prefer to raise the front some. My question is I measured the lip of the rear fender to center of rear center cap and it measured 16 1/2 I than measured lower lip of front fender to center of front center cap and it measured 15 1/4 am I corrrect in thinking if I switched to a 1” longer front spring that it it would be approx 1/4 lower in front . Thanks
