Is this cab scrap?

Ok we'll I started to do some rust repair on my 67 cab and found a mess. The cab corners are shot. No problem. Rockers gone. No problem. Cab roof rusted around drip rails. Not ideal but ok. Passenger upper door frame on cab non existent. We're getting more serious. Finally the cab metal under the lower cowl is in bad shape and some around window frame. Now I'm second guessing myself if this cab is worth repairing. Not sure how I'm gonna fix the rust under cowl? Any thoughts will be appreciated.
