Any opinions on Western Suspensions sway bar kits???

I'm thinking about buying a front and rear sway bar kit from Western, and wondered if anyone has experience with them. Good, bad or indifferent, how difficult is the installation, and how much do they improve handling / cornering? My truck 1/2 ton 72 currently has the factory front sway bar. Is it worth the $250 to upgrade the front and add the rear?
