1975 C10 jack and handle placement?

I am looking for a picture or diagram showing how the jack, tire iron and crank handle are clamped on the right inner fender.

The factory sticker showing how the jack and handle goes fell apart when I tried to unroll what was left of it. I searched the forum and all the threads seam to be 1980 and up or have photo bucket pictures that don’t work.
