Windshield leak

I had a new windshield installed after getting cab painted on my '67.Installer had a hard time on install (weatherstrip has molding),took him about six hours.Precision weatherstrip was used.I always had a leak in both floorboards, worse in passenger side.I still have the same leaks, bad as always.I looked under dash during rainstorm, the leaks are coming from a small slot in each corner of the windshield channel.Unsure if slots are factory or rust related, they are symmetrical.Thought about seam sealing the holes up from under the dash, but concerned that would only band-aid the issue.Any thoughts? If windshield has to be removed and reinstalled, any recommendations on qualified installer in central Ky.?Thanks.
