tnchev, I recieved your PM. Let me try to explain without offending.
Not everyone that PM's intends to buy. Nor do all who ask on the board openly. But as you are new to the board perhaps some history is in order.
In the recent past there have been several individuals that have come on the board with loads of trucks and parts.
At the top of the forum you will see a thread about Texparts.
There was also Boytoy and some others. They came on the board with a huge inventory of parts for sale. The threads were flooded with requests. Lots of parts were sold and many people were ripped off.
I AM NOT SAYING THAT YOU ARE DOING THIS.
However, it has caused many of us to be more alert. I cannot speak for the rest but can speak for myself.
I watch threads and learn to get a feel for people. I have met some outstanding people from this board. Some on the phone, some in person, some once and some many times.
Your lack of response concerns me. I am in need of many parts but will not buy from anyone that does not respond openly.
This is America and you have every right to conduct your business your way.
I just wanted you to know that I need parts and you may have them but I will not do any transactions until I feel more at ease. Perhaps others feel this way. Perhaps not. But several are seeking answers and I am not seeing any.
Again this is not to offend but to tell you how the board has been lately.
I welcome you to the board and hope that I can get some of the parts I need. But I do my business right here. This is of course just my opinion. And my money.
