Time will tell if the Permatex stuff is any good, generally their products work well so we'll see.

Today I got the firewall and front floor covered with FatMat floor liner. It is supposed to reduce heat and road noise in the cab. Sound is noticeably muffled when I rap the covered area with my knuckles
